Tom Leone has over 30 years of experience in various senior finance leadership roles within the high technology sector. As an experienced CFO, Tom has led several successful M&A and financing transactions, possesses strong business and analytical skills, and has worked with all business functions to help achieve corporate goals.

Prior to joining TPP, Tom spent 20+ years as CFO for several high-tech, emerging companies where he gained invaluable experience working with Senior Executives to develop and implement growth strategies.  He implemented the required finance & accounting systems, controls and corporate governance necessary for any successful, growing organization. 

 

Tom successfully balanced the respective business goals by prioritizing investments while  providing adequate access to growth capital. It is this unique blend of finance, operations and business experience that enables Tom to properly align business and financial goals.  

Tom received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University and a Masters in Business Administration from Bentley University.
