Margaret is a seasoned Infrastructure and application project manager. She’s experienced in telecommunications, networks, contact centers, strategic planning, cloud voice solutions, application and network operations. Having worked in large global companies in the BPO, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Health Care, and Computer industries gives her the experience with PCI, PHI, PII, and HIPPA, guidelines.   She has managed large infrastructure projects such as O365 migrations, server upgrades, SDWAN, data center relocations, Cloud voice installs with MS Teams/ Ring Central, NICE as well as Application development for PCI compliant CC processing.  

 

Prior to joining TPP, Margaret was a Director for a BPO, managing high visibility global infrastructure projects.  She also was the Network director for the largest insurance company in Central Massachusetts managing a team of 35 for voice and data daily operations in over 20 sites.

 

Margaret holds an Associates degree from Northwood University.
