TPP's view is that Strategy should be internalized and operation specific. The goal is not a glossy presentation gathering dust on a bookshelf. Rather, the goal is a living, ongoing internal capability to leverage Information Technologies to create business impact.

Using a methodology designed to limit disruption and leverage internal resources as far as possible TPP will assist with the development or re fresh of an IT Strategy which both leverages new technology and is well aligned with business need.
Importantly, TPP is not a pure 'strategy shop'. We are looking for ongoing relationships where TPP will not only develop the strategy but will participate in its execution in select roles based on gaps in internal capabilities.
