He has proven success in devising continuity strategies, elevating IT efficiencies, mitigating risk, and improving system stability and integrity through producing solutions within timelines, budgets, and as per specifications. He is a strategic-thinking IT leader with advanced acumen in driving programs related to information technology transformation, IT service management, Cloud architecture implementation to support enterprise applications and business process optimization.

Mike is skilled in the analysis, planning, design, configuration, implementation and testing of technical infrastructures; ensured high level of data integrity and client service, while building robust and cutting-edge technology infrastructure. He has advanced expertise in translating business requirements into actionable Cloud/IT strategy, implementation activities, and aiding organization in driving initiatives to early results and business value.

Before joining TPP, Mike was VP of Business Solutions at KESTE, LLC where he led multiple digital business transformation projects for clients in consumer goods, software services, media & entertainment and manufacturing verticals. Prior to that Mike led the IT Organization for an international life sciences / manufacturing organization for over a decade.
