An innovative and focused problem solver and leader, Deirdre has over 20 years experience driving business transformation projects. Her responsibilities have spanned requirements analysis, process mapping, business systems implementations, project and program management, people management, and business systems governance.
Deirdre’s client facing projects primarily focus on initial discovery and assessment, solution approach, requirements analysis, and design. Gaining insight through collaboration with all stakeholders, she works to provide concise problem statements for each new project. After providing definition for the desired end state, covering people, process, and systems, an implementation plan is developed.
Over the course of her career, Deirdre has developed a reputation for cultivating strong cross-functional business relationships within complex, diverse organizations. This enables her to identify opportunities where a client can become more efficient, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. She consistently demonstrates the ability to gain trusted advisor status with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
Prior to joining TPP, Deirdre held senior roles in the Business Systems teams at both Nuance Communications and PTC. In these roles, she led many successful business transformation projects that spanned several functional areas, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and legal.
Deirdre graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross and started her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
