Peter Hay is a co-founder of TPP Global Services. He has over 30 years of experience in Sales, Service and General Management roles in industry and in professional services companies.
Peter's client activities focus on all aspects of interactions with their Customers; Sales, Call Center, Customer Support and Field Service Operations, working with Business Leadership and IT to develop strategies, focus their organizations and to improve operational efficiency.
Prior to co-founding TPP, Peter was a Partner at CSC Index, the Management Consulting arm of the multi-billion $ systems implementer and integrator. In his five years at CSC Index, Peter developed and implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies for several Fortune 500 companies including some of the major Financial Services players.
Before joining CSC Index, Peter held a diverse set of Sales, Customer Service and International Subsidiary management roles in his ten years with Millipore Corporation, a leading provider of separation and purification technology solutions to the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industries. His career at Millipore included the roles of Country Manager, Director of Customer Service and Director of Customer Satisfaction reporting to the CEO.
Peter developed his early career in a progression of Sales, Sales Management and General Management roles with several major international companies including Sharp Corporation, US Surgical and Campbell Foods.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney Australia.
