Greg Reid is a Partner in TPP and has over
18 years of consulting and project management
experience in information, content and knowledge
management. Greg is considered a leader
in implementing information management capabilities
into Call Centers and into Customer Self-Service
models.Greg
received eleven U.S. and U.K. patents on
knowledge and content management approaches
for Call Centers between 2000 and 2008.
Before
joining TPP, Greg was a Partner in Accenture’s
Human Performance management consulting
practice. At Accenture, Greg was one of
Accenture’s leaders in the enterprise content
and knowledge management field and sold
and directed client assignments across multiple
industries, including telecommunications,
high tech, consumer products, utilities,
airlines and financial services. He was
responsible for delivering global integration
capabilities between information management,
knowledge management, and learning.
Greg
served as the Chief Knowledge Officer for
Ernst and Young’s Asia-Pacific region and
was responsible for developing and implementing
internal knowledge and content management
solutions to support the audit, tax, and
consulting divisions across the globe.
Greg
received his MBA degree in Corporate and
Investment Finance and Information Technology
from the University of Michigan and a Master
of Science degree in Biochemical Engineering
from Michigan State University. Greg is
accredited with a Master ranking in both
Records Management and Enterprise Content
Management Systems by the global independent
information management organization AIIM
(Association of Information and Image Management)
