Over his 30-year up-through-the-ranks IT career,
Michael Cipriano has held the lead IT position
at seven publically traded companies. His
areas of expertise include enterprise-wide
ERP/CRM deployment, technical infrastructure,
and project management.
At
TPP Global Services, Michael will be
assisting clients with systems planning, executive
reporting and interim IT management. Prior
to joining TPP Global Services, Michael
led the Business Systems team at Interactive
Data Corporation. During his tenure, he designed
and delivered the companies first global business
systems strategy.
Michael has also served as Vice President
of Information Technology at Riverdeep, responsible
for all aspects of the company's technology
footprint. Michael has also led the global
IT team at EMC Corporations Global Services
organization and held the position of Vice
President and CIO at GSI Lumonics. In addition,
he has led the IT departments at Media 100,
Interleaf, and LTX Corporation.
Michael has been on the faculty of Boston
University's MET College for the past twenty
years, lecturing on assorted IT and management
courses. He was instrumental in evolving the
Project Management coursework at BU's MET
College from a single elective to its present
standing as one of only six institutions endorsed
by PMI's Global Accreditation Center.
Michael has a BS degree from Boston College
and an MSCIS from Bentley College.
